This authentic Maori Hei Tiki is beautifully hand carved in New Zealand from richly grained native hardwoods, then smoothed and polished. It is 10" tall x 5" wide x about 3/4" thick. Two 3/4" diameter paua shell circles are inlaid for the eyes. There is a hole on the back so it is easy to to display as a treasured work of authentic indigenous Maori art. Amazingly excellent craftsmanship!
